More and more companies are including in their job profiles the demand for people who can work effectively in teams. Most of our companies cannot do without teamwork, and this applies both to those companies where work has been carefully divided up, and to those where people have learnt to deal with different tasks and to cover tasks that are sometimes far apart.
But teamwork is by no means taken for granted, nor is it easy. Many aspects have to be taken into account: differences in skills, more or less dominant personalities, cooperation, role differences, knowing how to give or ask for help, communication skills and means... in short, each team is a real ecosystem.
Furthermore, the work team is like family: it is given to you, you do not choose it, so you need to be able to target which skills you need to develop in order to be adaptive and efficient, in whatever team you find yourself working in.
The aim of this course is to awaken everyone's ability to work in a team. Understand what strengths are there and what needs to be taken into greater consideration.
Poiché il lavoro in team e la gestione delle relazioni sono elementi di esperienza quotidiana e da sempre noi impariamo dai vari eventi della vita e dalle circostanze più o meno favorevoli che incontriamo, anche questo seminario sarà un momento di apprendimento esperienziale. La teoria e i punti di apprendimento infatti emergeranno dal confronto, dal gioco, dalle prove pratiche e dalle stesse diversità che tutti noi metteremo in campo durante la giornata.
This course is suitable for managers, leaders, coordinators, area managers and those who have to deal with the difficulties of coordinating a team every day, as well as for so-called team-players, i.e. those who already work in teams and would like to learn how to be more effective.
The course is delivered in presence, strictly following the instructions provided by the authority on the subject of Covid-19, but not only. To this end, the classroom ensures a minimum distance between participants of 2 metres and provides internal transit routes clearly defined by appropriate signage.
