Digital content: creation, management and organisation for more effective communication

The course is aimed at professionals and companies wishing to improve the creation and reuse of digital content on various communication channels.

We will explore a wide range of free and paid tools to enhance creativity and improve content management.

 

Teaching methodology:

Each lesson combines theory and practical examples, analysing and illustrating immediately applicable digital tools and procedures. Additional resources and documentation will be provided for further study.

The course will be conducted in webinar mode, with the possibility of asking questions via chat or audio/video during the lesson.

  • Effective presentations: rules and tools
  • Turning notes into publication-ready content
  • Maximising content reuse across different formats
  • Video marketing: tools and guidelines for non-professionals
  • Audio content: from voice notes to usable content for communication
  • Automation and artificial intelligence to support content creation.

 

Documentation:

In addition to the content shared during the lectures, practical examples, data sheets and models will be provided to put the knowledge gained into practice.

Lecturer: Annalisa Ghiglia

Graduated in Economics and Business at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, with a Master in Business Process Innovation at MIP. Certification in Meeting and Event Manager - UNI 11786 standard. Co-founder of WeWeb | Digital Events, she assists companies and communication agencies in designing and directing online and mixed mode events by exploiting the full potential of digital tools. Curious and with an inexhaustible passion for her work, she collaborates with various organisations and associations to promote and spread the 'digital culture' both in the corporate context and in schools.
