Once purchased the course you will receive the link to access the live session.

During the session live you can ask the lecturer questions via chat. If you are unable to follow the lecture you can request the recording available for 30 days from the date of the course.

Useful information

Courses are subject to confirmation by the organisation no later than 2 days before the course date. The only refund envisaged is that of the fee paid.

It is possible, after informing the organisation, to replace the participant with another employee of the same company, corporation or organisation.
